The fabrication and polishing of stainless steel and aluminum has set DAD apart since 1980. Traditional stainless steel welding used to involve welding sheet material that would warp due to heat and lose engineering shape and flatness. DAD has developed innovative welding processes to overcome this challenge, hold product shape, and retain even the most extreme dimensional tolerances.
POLISHING FOR SANITARY & AESTHETIC FINISHES
We polish stainless steel, copper, and aluminum to meet the requirements of the most discerning customer specifications: 2B cosmetic, #4 sanitary, and #8 sanitary and aesthetic finishes. Craftsmen at DAD hand polish to reach the highest quality color standards and RA values.
HIGH QUALITY & TIGHT TOLERANCES
Our welding and production engineers have developed the capability to hold exacting tolerances with large fabrications such as + / - one millimeter (when required) on weldments that can be 10 feet long and weigh 2,300 pounds. Our unique fixturing technology allows for consistent quality and statistically repeatable processes.
